So we thought we would give you a little more information on the recommended dosage of CBD, to make things a little clearer. Depending on what results you are wanting to achieve, different goals will require different amounts.   If you’re looking for pain management or more of a severe condition like epilepsy, you’ll find that a higher dose of CBD will yield greater effects.   Conversely, if you’re looking to manage your anxiety, stay more focused at work and feel better-equipped to manage the typical day-to-day stresses of life, you won’t need as high a dose as those dealing with chronic ailments.
